The International Love Film Festival was launched in 2015 with the aim of introducing films about peace and helping the children of the world. Initially, this festival only accepted applicants from English-speaking countries, but from 2022, with the aim of world peace, films from all over the world will participate in its competition.
This year, in the section of feature films, three films from Iran, “Working Bee” directed by Afshin Sadeghi, “A Woman with a Wooden Chariot” directed by Khodada Jalali and “Last Tango with a Fairy” directed by Ashkan Shapouri, were found in this festival. Finally, Afshin Sadeghi’s film managed to win awards in two categories: Best Supporting Actress (Shabnam Moghadami) and Best Cinematographer (Ruzbeh Raga).
The movie “Worker Bee” was produced in 2018, and after three years, it was released on the screen in September 1402. In this movie, Shabnam Moghadami plays the role of a woman named “Ilham Faruzandeh” who is nominated to participate in the parliamentary elections. He faces a big challenge on the eve of his preaching. His son kills a man as a result of a fight and he tries to get his son cleared.
So far, Shabnam Moghadami has won two Crystal Simorghs from Fajr Film Festival for the films “Amroz”, “Zapas” and “Nafs” and has also won awards from the Society of Film Critics and Writers, Hafez Festival and Iranian Cinema Festival.
