About 20 days before the start of the Fajr Film Festival and with the completion of the work of the selection committee, which includes Saeed Sohaili, Rana Azadivar, Mounir Qedi, Mahmoud Gabarlou, Hossein Karmi, Arash Khoshkho and Mohammad Reza Sabah, the names of the films in the competition section of the festival were announced.
According to ISNA, according to the festival organizers, these works have been reviewed by the show license council before the final summary of the selection committee.
Before announcing the names of the films, the secretary of the festival, Manouchehr Shaheswari, gave special appreciation to Saeed Sohaili and expressed his condolences for the death of his mother, who, despite this incident, remained with the selection committee until this moment.
He added: Fajr Film Festival seeks to turn the festival into a national event. The selection committee of the festival started its work on December 27 and continued its work until a few minutes ago (at noon on January 20).
