Mehrjooi and his wife were killed in the evening of Mehr 22, 1402 in their private villa. The head of the Faraja Intelligence Police announced that the perpetrators of this terrible crime were four foreigners, two of whom had personal enmity with the late Mehrjooi. This is despite the fact that “Trust” heard that the perpetrators of this crime were hired by a person or persons.
