According to the announcement of officers and judicial authorities; Karim (first tier defendant), Mir Weiss (second tier defendant) and Dawood and Iskandar (third and fourth tier defendants) of this case, despite all the contradictions and ambiguities after the court hearings regarding the handling of this case; The accused in the first tier was sentenced to self-retribution for the intentional murder of Mehrjooi and Mohammadifar, and in relation to other crimes, he was sentenced to imprisonment, flogging and ransom. In the issued verdict, the second and third tier defendants were also sentenced to 36 years in prison, whipping and dowry. Also, the accused of the fourth level was sentenced to eight years in prison for committing crimes such as assisting in the initiation of murder and robbery.
