According to Khabaronline news agency, the documentary film “Zhila” will start on August 11, corresponding to 21 August at 12 noon Los Angeles time, at the same time as the first screening on the anniversary of the death of “Zhila Kashif” and will continue for a week.
This film narrates the life and efforts of “Zhila Kashif”, who tried for more than three decades to prevent many children from being deprived of education due to poverty. Zhila Kashif is the founder of “Yaran Danesh and Mehr Association” in Iran and the Keep Children in School (KCIS) Foundation in America. His ups and downs life for overcoming poverty and deprivation and trying to grow himself and his family, along with years of fighting cancer disease, is commendable.
All proceeds from the screening of this film will be allocated to the KCIS Foundation in line with the goals of Jila. Those who are interested in watching this movie can effectively contribute to the education of underprivileged children in Iran by buying more tickets.
