Cinema Trust Dr. Jalil Erfan Manesh was born in Shiraz
He was the founder and president of Surah University of Shiraz, the deputy head of the Three Sima Network, the Director of the History and occasions of the Dima Network, a member of the Culture and Civilization Committee of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, and the Deputy Director of Cinema and Audio and Cinema Affairs.
He has also been a prominent researcher and writers of the country, including his works.
