According to ISNA, the third New York Iranian Film Festival was held from January 1 to February 6 (February 2), and eventually the film “Old Son” made by Octa Barahani was awarded the Best Film Award and the jury special award to the jury. Soroush Sahat’s “Breakfast with Giraffes”, Hamid Nematollah’s “Killer and Wild” movie, “In the Arms of Tree” by Babak Khaje Pasha, “Rock Open” by Homayoun Ghanizadeh, “Mother of Atomic Heart” by Ali Ahmadzadeh And documentary and short films “The Blade of the Blade: The Heritage of Iranian Cinema Actors” by Bahman Maghsoudloo, “Rakh” by Arash Sadeghi, “Anita Lost in News” by Behzad Nalbandi, “Lera” by Farid Haji, “Road” by Babak Beigi, “Golden Peach Tree” by Katayoun Arsanjani and “The Last Horse You Have Sleeping Butterfly” by Mahdieh Mohammadi were screened at the festival.
