The honorary diploma of the Gaza, Palestine, Resistance section of the 18th International Documentary Film Festival of Iran was awarded to the film “Beirut Boulevard” directed by Farah Al-Hashem from Lebanon.

Al-Hashem, the director of “Beirut Boulevard” said in a video message: “It is a great honor for me to receive this award and I am very happy that I have received good feedback about the film from Tehran.”

The special prize of the jury in the competition section of Gaza, Palestine, resistance, statue and plaque of honor was awarded to the film “Delayed Extradition” directed by Abdullah Ma’tan from the country of Palestine.

The award for the best film of Gaza, Palestine, inclusive resistance, plaque of honor and statue of the festival was awarded to the film Palestinian Frames directed by Saeed Faraji from Iran.

International awards

The diploma of honor for the short film in the international section was received by the film Brussels in close-up, directed by Ilya Sirchenko from Belgium.

The golden statue of Martyr Avini along with the plaque of honor was awarded to the movie Sanger Haft Tepe directed by Ali Zuhairi.

The statue of the festival and the diploma of honor for the best cinematography were awarded to Mohammad Reza Timuri for the films “Ajaq Nawaz” and “Rukh”.
