Trust cinema – Cinema actor Farhad Aslani told ISNA about his interest in documentaries on the eve of the Iranian Documentary Film Festival: The documentary film is a frank and honest narration of the geographical situation, culture, people’s condition, wildlife, celebrities of this land, the beauty of nature and so on. which we all face today.
Aslani continued: Documentary cinema is a document for the future. The more creative, daring and innovative the documentary film is, the more and more serious this reference and the more effective the film becomes. I am influenced by documentary cinema, I have seen brilliant works in this field and I think documentary cinema is an excellent source of study.
The actor of the documentary film “The Narrow Red Line” said: “My wish is that documentary cinema is seen as it deserves and is given as much attention as fictional cinema, and that prominent and spectacular documentary works are shown on the screen. I come from fictional cinema and I am mostly connected with this cinema, but I have had experiences in documentary cinema and I follow these types of films. Documentary cinema serves society scientifically and culturally.
