Cinema Trust On the second day of the Islamic Republic’s cultural delegation to Moscow, Russian Culture Minister Olga Lobimova met with Raeed Faridzadeh, Deputy Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance and head of the Cinema Organization, Kazem Jalali, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the accompanying delegation.
According to Public Relations, at the beginning of the meeting aimed at expanding ways to expand cultural, artistic and cinema cooperation between the two countries, the Russian Minister of Culture expressed his satisfaction with the presence of Faridzadeh at the Eurasian Cinema Academy program, emphasizing the long and successful history of cooperation with the filmmakers in the past.
He also referred to the holding of Russian Cultural Week in Iran in June in Tehran and Isfahan and called for cooperation in the event. He will also be in charge of the Russian Cultural Board on the trip.
The Minister of Culture of Russia welcomed the revival of the Cultural Committee under the Iranian -Russian Joint Cooperation Committee, appreciating the support of the Islamic Republic of Iran for Russia in the Brix Group and called for the continued support in multilateral activities.
It was also invited to attend the Kazan Cultural Summit, which will be held on May 5 and 6.
Subsequent proposals, including Iran’s participation in the “Children’s Forum” in Moscow in August, as well as the Cultural Assembly of the St. Petersburg City City, were presented by the Ministers of Culture Culture of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
At the meeting, Kazem Jalali, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Russia, expressed his satisfaction with Russia’s hospitality during Iran’s Cultural Week, hoping that Russia’s Cultural Week in Tehran and Isfahan would be successfully held.
The Iranian ambassador emphasized the fundamental role of cultural relations in consolidating political relations between countries, referring to the existing cultural provisions in the strategic agreement between Iran and Russia and proposed to establish a Russian cultural center in Iran.
In his remarks, Raed Faridzadeh, Deputy Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, also praised the magnificent ceremony of the Eurasian Academy of Cinema Sciences, and the impact of Russian culture and literature and the presentation and adaptation of the works of the elders and scholars of this field.
He announced Iran’s readiness to cooperate in the establishment of the Brex Education, Film and Media Union and holding its meeting with the Isfahan International Children and Youth Film Festival and proposed the festival’s sister -in -law with the Russian Children’s Assembly.
Also, the presence of a group of Russian filmmakers in Iran in the form of joint production projects was welcomed and emphasized that the process could help strengthen the cultural and cultural relations of the two countries.
