Examining the management and process of film production, distribution and screening during the past decades, including 46 years after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, which claims the birth of thoughtful cinema and strategic works and the brilliance of Iranian cinema in the international arena, unfortunately, except for some unfinished efforts, answer It has made the above questions thought-provoking and possibly negative!
In this small space, the author has no intention of analyzing the subject at length and only hopes for the impact of this word and a slight nudge in future planning; Undoubtedly, a movie that does not reflect the taste of its audience due to the incompetence and mischief of the responsible institutions, other than superficial comedy films, is not expected to transform its shape and structure so quickly according to global standards; But there are still quick-yielding solutions and only the will of the directors of the cinema can realize its implementation beyond slogans and impractical promises.

The Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and the Cinema Organization need a deep reflection beyond theoretical issues and holding diverse think-tanks in order to avoid lagging behind and to reach the global level in filmmaking. Enhancing audience taste, genre diversity, freedom of action in the design of social narratives, attention to independent and non-governmental cinema, are all concerns that the directors of each era have been determined to implement in their own style and context; But the goal is to join a world that has an unpredictable and complex future.

In order to accompany this future, a new plan should be made and for globalization in the field of culture, we should leave the old formats and stereotyped structures. Let’s accept that Iranian cinema needs to shed its skin in order to bring the world with it again.
