Trust cinema – According to Faradid report, Nasser Malek Matiei (8 April 1309 – 4 June 1397) was an Iranian actor and director before the 1357 revolution. After the revolution, it was not possible for him to continue his artistic career, like his colleagues Mohammad Ali Fardin and Behrouz Voshouqi, and he only acted in two films.
After the revolution and until his death, Malek Matiei worked as a pastry shop and real estate consultant. Apart from popular Iranian films (so-called “Farsi films”), Malek Matiei also acted in some films by different filmmakers such as Ali Hatami, Zakaria Hashemi, Masoud Kimiaei, Reza Mirlohi and Hoshang Kavousi.
