Trust cinema – Seyyed Mehdi Sajjadi was introduced as the head of the Farabi Cinema Foundation by issuing a decree from Raed Faridzadeh, the head of the cinema organization.
According to the public relations announcement of the cinema organization, due to the completion of the mission of Majid Zainul Abdin – the former CEO of the Farabi Cinema Foundation – and his return to the Broadcasting Organization, with the election of the board of trustees of this foundation, Seyed Mehdi Sajjadi was introduced as the head until the election of the CEO.
In part of Sajjadi’s ruling, it is mentioned the need to pay attention to national cinema, to create a platform for talented and young filmmakers to appear in the field of professional cinema, and also to support great works.
Seyyed Mehdi Sajjadi is responsible as the treasurer of Farabi Cinema Foundation.
In this ruling, Faridzadeh also appreciated the efforts of Majid Zainul Abdin in the past few years.
