cinema trust According to the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Seyyed Abbas Salehi, Narges Abiyar (writer and filmmaker), Ali Ashtianipour (producer), Kamal Tabrizi (writer and filmmaker), Hassan Khojasteh (university professor), Ali Dehkordi (actor), Majid Zain Al-Abidin (cultural director), Hojat-ul-Islam Hadi Sadeghi (researcher), Hadi Naeji (filmmaker) and Seyed Ziyahashmi (researcher, university professor) as new members of the council. He appointed a review of motion pictures.
In part of Seyyed Abbas Salehi’s edicts addressed to the new members, it is stated:
“Your valuable scientific opinion and experience in the field of cultural and artistic issues and based on Article 6 of the regulation on the supervision of film, slide and video showings and the issuance of a license to show them, approved by the meeting dated 5/19/82 by the honorable board of ministers and according to the proposal of the head of the organization of affairs cinematic, audio-visual, according to this ruling, you are appointed as a member of the review council for motion pictures for two years.
Also, in another part of these decrees, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance praised and thanked the services and efforts of the former members of the Council for Reviewing Cinematic Films.
Javad Ramzannejad, Bijan Nobaweh, Reza Shakri, Mohammad Hossein Niromand, Alireza Maaf, Majid Zainul Abidin, Ali Sarlak, Saeed Mostaghathi and Ahmad Muradpour were the previous members of this council.
