Cinema Trust In a letter, Narges Abyar officially resigned from membership in the Dictionary Council. Abyar, who had previously warned the executives of the Cinema Organization that he had resigned from membership in the “Licensing Council” if the film was not released in the festival, and resigned from the council. The following text is the open letter of the filmmaker’s filmmaker, the head of the Cinema Organization, Raed Faridzadeh.

Dear Dr. Raed Faridzadeh
Greetings and respect
Narges Abyar, with the acceptance of membership in the Licensing Council, I hoped that there would be a door to open in the country’s cultural and artistic space. I believed that an effective role could be played in the direction of interaction, reform and improvement of conditions and taken a step towards politicizing culture for Iran; But today, after a short period of work, I have come to the conclusion that the barriers to the way to showcase and produce cinematic works are still there and there is no serious will to change and support independent and creative filmmakers.
In addition, due to the many professional and professional businesses, I no longer have the opportunity to pursue a continuous pursuit of cinematic issues, and there is no incentive to challenge and fight films in this limiting framework. Given that culture and art are still involved in restrictive policymaking and it is not possible to influence this framework, I will therefore declare my resignation from membership in the Demonstrian Council.
I hope that in the future, Iranian cinema will be able to achieve real growth and prosperity with more freedom and more supportive view. I thank all their colleagues and efforts during this time and wish them success.
