This documentary artist said about Ahestagi documentary: This documentary seeks to present another image of Jahan Afshin, Afshin Wali Najadi, who is known by everyone for his live and direct photos and reports of the 2011 Japanese tsunami and the Fukushima nuclear power plant disaster, and his activities in the world’s most prestigious media. But the documentary slowly looks at his life from a different perspective.

Farzad Zamani added: “Valinejad has been suffering from Parkinson’s disease for many years and continues to live his life in Iran at a slow pace. In this physical condition, he is looking for a big goal and a difficult choice in his life, and this goal is the turning point of the slowness documentary.” .

Kamani continued: The documentary is 50 minutes long, but it took more than 2 and a half years to make it because Afshin’s physical condition required patience to finish the documentary.

The 18th International Festival of Iranian Documentary Films “Sinemavegrit” which started from December 18 under the direction of Mohammad Hamidi Moghadam at Charso campus in Tehran will continue until December 25.
