According to Public Relations, according to previous years, following the necessary reviews and summarizing the opinions of the Board of Directors and Inspector of the Iranian Cinema Production Trade Union, the Iranian Cinema Production Production Production and Support Production was set during a meeting on April 5, the rate approved.
The report of the Committee on Wage Determination of Managers Production and Support of Iranian Cinema Production says:
“The criteria of the announced rates are based on cinema and home theater projects and members are bound to observe it and are required to submit an image in the WhatsApp Association after the contract is concluded.
In the case of assistants, it is emphasized that the assistant activity as a manager is only with the written authorization of the legal board and based on the experience, number of work, records and producers’ satisfaction and production managers, and this license will be considered the main criterion for upgrading in the association. In addition, an assistant will only be allowed to operate on the manager’s position when, apart from being permitted by the Association, his wages are not lower than the approved rate of the managers, which shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 5 of the Statute and the rules created by the law and will pay 2 % of the penalty from the contract to the Society.
Colleagues and assistants are required to work with only the official members of the Association and avoid accepting cooperation with people outside the class. Managers are also required to work with the production managers of the Cinema House only, and if they see such cases, report it to the Inspector of the Production Managers Association or the Managers Association inspector to make the necessary follow -up.
Since there is enough and perhaps more than reasonable at all levels, a partner in the class, so in order to maintain job security, miscellaneous people will be prevented from entering the work cycle and will be treated decisively if they are observed or reported.

Last year’s contracts will be changed with bilateral agreement.
Producers and production managers can take membership and position of members of the Association directly from the inspector or the head of the class.
The characteristics of a manager to receive a designated wage, apart from having a card or management license from the association, include a background, experience, and professional ethics.
The above rate tolerance depends on the type of project and the grading of the members’ activity and records.
The rate of the above letter is applicable for one year from May 1.
Any manipulation in the text and figures shall be considered a violation and will be followed up in the judicial authorities.
It should be noted that given the increase in wages in the new year, the sums are announced by calculating a 2 % increase in the wages of managers and assistants and a 5 % increase in the wage of colleagues.
