What are the characteristics of a good critic?

1- Film criticism is based on reflection. This feature does not fit much about the festival’s busy and crowded atmosphere. But a good critic does not make himself completely in this turbulence, no matter how much he does. There is no need to give a fatwa about any movie and the whole story.

2- The film is critical of the discovery of expression, not expression itself. But this function is disrupted in the emotional atmosphere of the festival. Many, depending on their political and social perspective, issue ideological positive or negative views on films, and instead of analyzing, willing or unwanted, they make political and security files rather than aesthetic analysis. Let’s try not to get into these fields ourselves, nor to be very bad with those who are making a film critic. Our job is to analyze the work, not the closure of the work. 3- In this difficult period of livelihoods that have various excuses for nervousness and depression from the wall, it is enough to take in a crowded space with a tiredness and frustration of watching so many films throughout the day and in a third of the month. A few not -so -good films have been added to your boredom; Then you will take the tip of your angry pen to every side, and without you realizing yourself, the mood of your cinematic content or conversation is more like criticism. The audience of the content of a good critic, but he doesn’t want to hear and read. He wants to get an analysis, and if there is a negative point, he prefers to inform his pathological analysis until he receives. The audience, like us, lives in the same space, and now that it comes to four things about the films of the festival, he certainly won’t be bored of hearing.

Acceleration, slogan and nervousness are abundant at the festival. A good critic does not give up these three pests in writing his criticism.
