cinema trust “Lucas” World Film Festival, which is held every year in Germany, announced its winners with the presence of Arameh Etamadi in the jury.
“Lucas, for young cinema lovers” world festival is one of the oldest festivals in Germany, whose target audience is children, teenagers and young people aged 3 to 18 years.
In this festival, which is held every year from October 5 to 12, various films produced around the world for this age group compete with each other.
In this period of the Lucas festival, Arameh Etamadi; Young cinema critic along with Bijan Tehrani; Veteran critics from Iran were among the judges. Together with Akili Bejar, Suzan Morgan Cooper and Chil Nafus, they evaluated the works entered into the competition section.
In the end, this committee presented its special award to the film “Smell of Burnt Lion” directed by Justin Bower, and the “Bridge over Borders” award went to the film “Foreign Language” directed by Claire Berger.
During this festival, workshops and meetings were held to strengthen interest in cinema and promote analytical and critical thinking about films.
